Shipping policy

We’re just as excited about your order as you are! Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping at Imprint and Co:

We aim to get your order packed and ready as soon as possible. Once it’s good to go, we’ll send it off to the courier and send you your tracking details.

We ship across South Africa using trusted local couriers.

Estimated delivery times:

• Main cities: 5-7 business days

• Outlying areas: 7-10 business days

Please note that public holidays and load-shedding delays may affect these timelines (yep, we know the struggle!).

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery area. Shipping fees for orders over R500 are lower.

As soon as your parcel leaves us, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. If you don’t get it, feel free to drop us a message at shop@imprintandco.co.za and we’ll resend it.

Once your order is with the courier, it’s out of our hands — but we’ll always do our best to assist if things go wrong. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out and we’ll follow up for you.

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. If a parcel gets lost due to an incorrect address, we sadly can’t replace it.
